As for your work, I'm loving this series. I haven't commented on it until now but I've really enjoyed it. Do you have more planned?
Actually there is a whole list that I'm working my way down. My husband's coworkers have made requests - which is where the mermaid came from. I have yet to draw centaurs, zombies, full dragons and so forth all waiting to be drawn. I think there's a list of about 10 things. If you have a request, I'll add it to the list.
OK, let's see if I can do this right - this is a test!
lt seems these Kanakys was sacrificin' heaps o' their young men an' maidens to some kind o' god-things that lived under the sea, an' gittin' all kinds o' favour in return. They met the things on the little islet with the queer ruins, an' it seems them awful picters o' frog-fish monsters was supposed to be picters o' these things. Mebbe they was the kind o' critters as got all the mermaid stories an' sech started.

This is asking a lot of the general reader and helps to keep Ulysses in its curious position as a cult book.
Beautiful! I love her pose, and the fins! The notes make it a little more real

Before you critizise someone, try walking a mile in their shoes. That way, you'll be a mile away from them, and you'll have their shoes. -Jack Handey
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
